I have used GTE for a couple of years now, some of it is a little confusing for a beginner, but overall an easy platform, and i have had no issues, i have also been proactively contacted by their team who have assigned me an account manager "Virgilio Guidi" to assist with any help, so far they have pointed out a couple of things which could save me paying certain fees etc and better ways to deposit funds etc using my gte money account all of which has been very useful and appreciated.

Not transparent. Be careful. I no longer trust this platform. My overnight fees went to the roof in one day without any explanation. My account manager couldn’t give me a reasonable explanation. If you plan for long term investments go somewhere else.

GTE is a terrible trading platform. The user interface is not intuitive and often times hard to navigate. Not only that, their customer service team takes days or even weeks to reply back which makes it near impossible for traders with urgent questions or issues. On top of all this the fees they charge are far too high compared to other platforms in the industry!

Very poor, a small number of crypto available. The guaranteed trade exchange money website is an absolute joke with not much crypto withdrawal methods available to transfer. You have to only transfer to BTC or USD address, you will be unable to transfer to a hardware wallet. Very basic and very poor. Come on GTE! Sort it out!!!

I been traveling in Costa Rica on and off a rep called me up to invite me to a conference as I told him im in Costa Rica traveling so he told me to notify them so I can trade from there as I told him I have been back and forth to Costa Rica for 3.5 years and even opened my account from there.the next day I get a email telling me to pull my money out of the account because in 10 days the account will be closed cause I'm not living in the u.s??, I live in the u.s and I'm a citizen and was happy to leave this really bad platform.

Since I started using gte everything has been smooth. The customer service is great and gets better the further you invest. The selection of cryptocurrencies and ETFs to invest in is vast, and the investing itself is quite cheap. The copy trading feature is great for inexperienced investors who have no account manager. Note that I do not trade currencies, i trade only crypto on GTE.

Putting things right…
I have been a client for many months and have always had excellent service from them, however somebody recently pressed the wrong button and my name was removed from the account and it was tranferred to my deceased husband. A man called Matt was extremely helpful as was Riscoza. Very slow service…
Very slow service. The transfer of my funds from GTE is taking more than 3 weeks already and it has barely started (had to chase them in order to get any progress). Placing a trade over the phone is taking too long. They even not able to confirm it straight away and have to call back. It looks like they are too bureaucratic to care about the customer.

Hard to Beat
I have been trading on and off for a few years, and mostly have been happy with the big brokers I have used such as IC markets and IG but I have been really impressed with the personal touch at Guaranteed Trade exchange
The costs are very low, staff were all lovely and I actually felt like they cared rather than just being a number. I compared the spreads against IG and every time GTE beat them. I made a profit of 7,943 USD under a week, it was unbelievable, I made withdrawal no stress involved and hit my account in just over 48 hours from their bank in Australia.

Safe and helpful with good leverage
I have been trading for around 18 months now with a number of other UK brokers, and had a few issues with spreads blowing out and not being able to deposit during margin periods.
So far with Guaranteed Trust Exchange everything has been smooth, the trading environment is very stable and the spreads are very good for 500-1 leverage.
Very happy I have found a a legitimate broker who has offered me a very good returns and exactly what I was looking for.

Outstanding customer service
The customer service of Gte has proven to be very responsive and helpful, A few minutes after I had made a deposit to top up my trading account, my equity dipped below the bonus level, because my deposit payment did not immediately show up on my account. Consequently all my open trades were automatically stopped out, resulting in a total loss of all my funds as well as the bonus amount. I contacted the help desk and wrote an e-mail to my personal account manager explaining the situation that had occurred. And I must say they reacted in a phantastic manner and re-installed all my stopped out trades within a couple of minutes! I was overwhelmed and grateful by such an instant generous help, which saved me from a big loss. I wonder if any other broker would have provided a similar support in such a case, and I believe such a prompt action from a customer service deserves the highest praise.

I received all my money back from this company directly to PAYPAL. I am a UK-based verified user and they paid me, but for 3 days I been freaking out because I read a lot of info on TrustPilot. GTE is one of my favorites
The longer I am with gte and the more I am testing other brokers, the more I really like GTE . O.K. there are still two thing I don't like so much - first - there is not so many stocks. Some new companies or not hyped yet are just not there. Second thing I don't like is that they change how much leverage can you use based on some volatility or some other thing which are out of your control. But, this is acutally the only broker I know who allows you to set leverage directly when openning trade which is good. Anyway, I don';'t plan to use leverage at all, so it does not matter anymore to me. Thing I quite like is copying people, overal platform is really nice and easy, trading fees are low if any. I am using more platforms, some just testing out, but I already know Gte will be one of my favorite ffor investing (as the stock I want is actually there).

I have used GTE for a couple of years now, some of it is a little confusing for a beginner, but overall an easy platform, and i have had no issues, i have also been proactively contacted by their team who have assigned me an account manager "Virgilio Guidi" to assist with any help, so far they have pointed out a couple of things which could save me paying certain fees etc and better ways to deposit funds etc using my gte money account all of which has been very useful and appreciated.

GTE is a terrible trading platform. The user interface is not intuitive and often times hard to navigate. Not only that, their customer service team takes days or even weeks to reply back which makes it near impossible for traders with urgent questions or issues. On top of all this the fees they charge are far too high compared to other platforms in the industry!

Very poor, a small number of crypto available. The guaranteed trade exchange money website is an absolute joke with not much crypto withdrawal methods available to transfer. You have to only transfer to BTC or USD address, you will be unable to transfer to a hardware wallet. Very basic and very poor. Come on GTE! Sort it out!!!

I been traveling in Costa Rica on and off a rep called me up to invite me to a conference as I told him im in Costa Rica traveling so he told me to notify them so I can trade from there as I told him I have been back and forth to Costa Rica for 3.5 years and even opened my account from there.the next day I get a email telling me to pull my money out of the account because in 10 days the account will be closed cause I'm not living in the u.s??, I live in the u.s and I'm a citizen and was happy to leave this really bad platform.

The selection of cryptocurrencies and ETFs to invest in is vast, and the investing itself is quite cheap. The copy trading feature is great for inexperienced investors who have no account manager. Note that I do not trade currencies, i trade only crypto on GTE.

I have been trading on and off for a few years, and mostly have been happy with the big brokers I have used such as IC markets and IG but I have been really impressed with the personal touch at Guaranteed Trade exchange The costs are very low, staff were all lovely and I actually felt like they cared rather than just being a number. I compared the spreads against IG and every time GTE beat them. I made a profit of 7,943 USD under a week, it was unbelievable, I made withdrawal no stress involved and hit my account in just over 48 hours from their bank in Australia.

I have been trading for around 18 months now with a number of other UK brokers, and had a few issues with spreads blowing out and not being able to deposit during margin periods. So far with Guaranteed Trust Exchange everything has been smooth, the trading environment is very stable and the spreads are very good for 500-1 leverage. The customer service of Gte has proven to be very responsive and helpful, A few minutes after I had made a deposit to top up my trading account, my equity dipped below the bonus level, because my deposit payment did not immediately show up on my account. Consequently all my open trades were automatically stopped out, resulting in a total loss of all my funds as well as the bonus amount. I contacted the help desk and wrote an e-mail to my personal account manager explaining the situation that had occurred. And I must say they reacted in a phantastic manner and re-installed all my stopped out trades within a couple of minutes! I was overwhelmed and grateful by such an instant generous help, which saved me from a big loss. I wonder if any other broker would have provided a similar support in such a case, and I believe such a prompt action from a customer service deserves the highest praise.

The longer I am with gte and the more I am testing other brokers, the more I really like GTE . O.K. there are still two thing I don't like so much - first - there is not so many stocks. Some new companies or not hyped yet are just not there. Second thing I don't like is that they change how much leverage can you use based on some volatility or some other thing which are out of your control. But, this is acutally the only broker I know who allows you to set leverage directly when openning trade which is good. Anyway, I don';'t plan to use leverage at all, so it does not matter anymore to me. Thing I quite like is copying people, overal platform is really nice and easy, trading fees are low if any. I am using more platforms, some just testing out, but I already know Gte will be one of my favorite ffor investing (as the stock I want is actually there).
